Congratulations, graduates — your future is bright! 🎓

Such a fun day at BVMS Career Day! Students got to meet professionals, ask questions, and learn about all kinds of future careers. Big thanks to everyone who came out and shared their experiences with our students! 💙✨#CareerDay #FutureGoals

Our 8th-grade students at Gulfport Central Middle School received an exciting introduction to the world of engineering from employees at Austal USA!

Students learned about career opportunities in engineering and drafting through hands-on activities involving 2D and 3D drawings, perspective drawings, piping, circuits, buoyancy systems, chemical mixing, and other engineering-related tasks.

We were thrilled to welcome Austal USA for an engaging afternoon that gave our students a closer look at the many possibilities within the engineering field!

Our nation is forever indebted to the brave men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces who lost their lives while serving in the military. On Memorial Day, we pause to remember, honor, and reflect on their sacrifice. #Repost #MDE

At Central Elementary, Ms. Newman's 3rd-grade class read Charlotte's Web, which led them into a whole farm unit. During this unit, they welcomed some new friends into the world: baby chicks! Getting to play with and read to these chicks has been a great experience for these Sailors! 🐣
