Alan G. and Maria M. were recently named finalists in the QuestBridge National College Match Program. They competed with students from across the United States for the prestigious opportunity to attend a top university for free. Only 28% of the students who applied to QuestBridge were chosen. Gulfport High School is so proud of them for this amazing accomplishment!

Sports Medicine students led by Dr. Byrd stepped into the shoes of future healthcare leaders in Jackson, and the experience was next-level!
They got to:
•Practice precision with robotic surgery
•Learn life-saving CPR techniques
•Experience the concussion goggle simulation
•Work with a life-like patient simulation dummy
•Try their hand at dental work
•Analyze real labs and microscopes
🤩Plus, UMMC interviewed Emerson F. for the school!
