MISSISSIPPI TEACHING NETWORK OBJECTIVE
As educators in Mississippi, we must adapt to the needs of the students in this state. Remote classrooms are no longer a temporary measure, but instead are now an integral component of the educational system in our state and all other states. The goal of this collaboration is to provide certified teachers to educate Mississippi students in districts of the state where a certified teacher is not otherwise available. We will provide certified Mississippi teachers to teach remotely in 15 disciplines, including English, Language, Science and Mathematics. This collaboration between the Mississippi Public School Districts and the Mississippi Department of Education will provide the best education possible for all students in the state, regardless of where they live.
