    Students will begin a Boot Camp style fitness.  They will gain cardio endurance and muscle strength and toning through various types of activities.  

    Monday-MLK Holiday 

    Tuesday-Beat the ball Cubby style

    Wednesday- Beat the ball cubby style

    Thursday-Health-CPR/AED training

    Friday- Dodgeball
