    Monday: Running lines and Full Court Volleyball

    Tuesday: Health then  8-11 mins Choice

    Wednesday: Running lines or student led stretches  Activity: Base-ketball

    Thursday: Bootcamp on the track 

    Friday: Running Lines then inside Volleyball or outside activity Choice of soccer, 4 square, basketball and volleyball passing.


    Weather may change activities 

    Tennis shoes are required to participate inside, students that do not have tennis shoes will go to ISS for PE period.
