    Monday: Runnng lines for warm up. Activity: 4 suqare Tournament

    Tuesday: 2 planks then Health Chapter 9  then outside for approximately 10 minutes

    Wednesday: Running lines or student led stretches  Activity: Full oourt Dodgeball

    Thursday: Two are stretches and two leg stretches Activity: Outside Mile progression 1/2 in 8 minutes for assessment. Choice: Capture the Flag


    Weather may change activities 

    Tennis shoes are required to participate inside. Students without tennis shoes will walk.
