About Me:

My name is Madison Tynes, and I am a second grade teacher at Anniston Avenue Elementary School. I am originally from Gautier, MS. I graduated from Gautier High School in 2014. After high school, I continued my education at the University of Southern Mississippi. I graduated with my Bachelors in Elementary Education in December 2018.

While finishing my degree, I worked as a 4th grade inclusion assistant at Eastside Elementary in Clinton, MS. I also worked and student taught as a first grade assistant at Northwest Rankin Elementary in Flowood, MS. After graduation, I took a job in Brookhaven, MS where I taught 1st grade, Kindergarten, and Pre-K 4.

I just recently moved back to the Gulf Coast with my sweet Goldendoodle Millie Jane.This will be my fifth year teaching, and my first year teaching 2nd grade. I am so excited to be at AAE!
