My name is Ms. Welch. I have been in education for 13 years, all of which have been in exceptional education. This year, I will be working closely with the general education teacher, to ensure transfer of skills across the curriculum.  I am looking forward to overall student growth this year in many developmental areas. I have a passion for helping to increase students' self-confidence, independence and becoming smarter each day.
