Welcome to 7th grade ELA!

Hey y'all! My name is Reann Parker and this is my third year at the Gulfport School District. I am so excited to work with you and be a part of the Bayou View Middle School family!

I graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2021 where I received my Bachelor's degree in secondary English education. While in college, I was actively engaged on campus and was involved in organizations such as the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honor's College, the Mississippi Excellence in Education Program and the Black Student Union.

A few fun facts about me: I've been a vegetarian for seven years, I'm a certified yoga instructor, and I love dogs!
