Advertisement for Bids

The Gulfport School District Board of Trustees will receive sealed bids for Network Upgrade Project E-Rate Funding - Cabling and Network Upgrade Project E-Rate Funding - Equipment until 10:30 a.m. on January 30, 2026, at which time they will be opened and publicly read.

Specifications for bidding may be requested from the office of Stacey Penny, Chief Financial Officer, Gulfport School District, 2001 Pass Road, Gulfport, MS 39501, or P.O. Box 220, Gulfport, MS 39502-0220. Emailed request to tammy.owens@gulfportschools.org. Official bid documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com. Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814.

The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.

Important Vendor Information

Mandatory Vendor Walkthrough Attendance is required to bid.

Time: 10:00 A.M.

Location: Gulfport School District Central Office (2001 Pass Road, Gulfport, MS 39501). The group will proceed to respective school campuses from this location.

Deadline: All questions must be submitted via email before January 23, 2026.

Process: Responses will be posted on the district website and/or emailed to all bidders within three business days of receipt.
