Instructional Coach- West Elementary

Hello!  As a veteran teacher of the Gulfport School District, I've had the pleasure of teaching a wide range of students.  In my nearly 16 years as an educator, I have taught every level: elementary, middle school, and high school.   Within these experiences, I have taught most subject areas using various structures (self-contained, departmentalized, virtual). Along this journey, I have also become a National Board Certified Teacher and have earned my Master's Degree in Instructional Technology. My most rewarding teaching experience was serving as the Teacher Academy Instructor at Gulfport High School. Teaching 11th & 12th graders about the education field spurred my love for growing effective teachers. Continuing on this path of servant leadership, I now reside as an Instructional Coach for the Gulfport School District. I will strive to support, grow, and encourage the delivery of effective instruction as an instructional coach at West Elementary.
