My name is Jacqueline Wintruba, and I will be working with the staff and students at Bayou View Elementary as an Instructional Coach.  I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, a Master’s Degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in Administration and Supervision, and National Board Certification in the Middle Childhood Generalist area. As an elementary teacher with over thirty years of classroom experience, fifteen in the Gulfport School District, my focus will be supporting literacy.
