    Monday: Student led stretches  Actvity:Voleyball

    Tuesday: 2 planks then Health then outside 

    Wednesday: Running lines or student led stretches  Activity: Soccer Dodgeball


    Thursday: Two arm stretches and two leg stretches Activity: Outside Mile progression 1/4 in 4 minutes for assessment. 4 square and football throw

    Friday: Running Lines then Dodgeball or outside activity


    Weather may change activities 

    Tennis shoes are required to participate inside, students that do not have tennis shoes will go to ISS for PE period.
