My name is Mary Ellen Stevens and I am so excited to be your child's Indpendent Studies or Leadership teacher! This is my 11th year of teaching, and my 6th year at Bayou View Middle School.  I went to BVMS and am thrilled to be teaching in the same classroom I was in for some of my 7th grade classes.  I graduated from GHS in 2006 and then from Mississippi State in 2010 (Hail state!).  I am also the NJHS faculty sponsor and the Student Council co-sponsor.   Please let me know if you have any questions and I look forward to spending this year with your children!
