YOUR INSURANCE DEPARTMENT
if you or your eligible dependents are not currently covered
under the State and School Employees' Health Insurance Plan, you may apply for
coverage during the month of October. Applicants must apply in person at
the Insurance Department, ask to speak with Linda Kumpunen.
If
you need to discuss anything concerning your insurance coverage, please call
Linda Kumpunen as soon as possible. She can
be reached at 865-4607.

What is the Wellness Clinic? |
|
It is a benefit provided by your employer offering
employees and their immediate family members to obtain low-cost (and
sometimes FREE) medical care, health education, disease screenings, and
health assessments at a clinic that is located at 100 Perry Street in
Gulfport at the Gulfport High School. It is an acute care and wellness
clinic much like a doctor’s office. |
