Carol Payne Ed.
D, Principal
Dr. Payne has been in the education field since 1989. She
graduated with her elementary education degree in 1993 and has
continued her education over the years. In 2006, Dr. Payne
graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a
doctoral degree in Educational Leadership.
Dr. Payne began her teaching career in Harrison County School
District teaching first and fifth grades for eight years. In
2000 she transferred to the Gulfport School District. She taught
first and fourth grades at Central Elementary, was assistant
principal at Anniston Avenue Elementary until she was named
principal effective July, 2007
Dr. Payne is married to Ken Payne, a Gulfport
fireman. They are the proud parents of Cooper Payne.

Tim
Bellipanni, Assistant Principal
Mr. Bellipanni is coming to Anniston after working as Test
Coordinator at Gulfport High School for the past four years.
Previous to that, he served as principal at Bayou View Middle
School in Gulfport and Woodley Elementary in Hattiesburg. He
began his career in Petal, MS, where he served as Elementary
Counselor. Before these successes, Mr. Bellipanni worked in the
Hattiesburg Public Schools in day treatment classes.
His wife works for Gulfport High School as well as the Central
Office as Curriculum Coordinator. They are the proud parents of
three sons who all attend schools in the Gulfport School
District.
Mr. Bellipanni is honored to serve as the
Assistant Principal at Anniston Elementary.
