Ashtanga Vinyasa
Yoga- (Ages 16 and above) A vigorous, dynamic form of yoga which
will benefit those who are seeking strength, flexibility, a clear mind, and
an energy boost. Focus is on breathing and a broad range of postures all
linked together in a continuous flow. Wear comfortable clothing and do not eat a full meal about 4 hours
before class. Fee= 47.00

Foil Fencing-
(Ages 16 and above) En garde! Prepare yourself for a tremendous physical and
mental workout through skillful swordplay. This sport is excellent for
building coordination, balance, grace, and quick reflexes. Equipment will be
furnished. Fee= 70.00

Zumba-
Join the party! Zumba is a fusion of Aerobics and Latin dance style designed
to increase your metabolism and promote weight loss. This fitness program
will help you shake things up and slim down! Bring water bottle and exercise
mat. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Fee= 47.00

Register now for Community Education classes. Classes start the week of September 06, 2011. You may register by phone with Discover, MasterCard or Visa (credit/debit), or stop by our office and our friendly staff will be happy to assist you (check or money order). Checks should be made payable to Community Education. Returned checks will be assessed a $40 service fee. Registrations are processed in the order they are received and class fee must be paid in full.
